Golden mean wellness: a path to excellence
I know about the power of balanced fitness from my own journey. As a semi-professional volleyball player, I came to understand the importance of good preparation, exercising sustainably, and listening to your body. At Golden Mean Wellness, I now help individuals achieve their best selves through exercise and nutrition.
I combine scientific knowledge with hands-on expertise and over 15 years’ experience in supporting everyone from new mums to seniors and people recovering from injuries. By focusing on your unique needs, I’ll ensure that you feel empowered every step of the way. Holistic wellness is central to my approach. I’ll work with you to create a personalised programme that delivers lasting results. Together, let’s create a healthier, happier you.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science and Physical Education and bring a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, movement, and effective coaching to my practice. I’m also a certified instructor in Stott Pilates and a BASE-certified practitioner in Exercise Science. I’m qualified to provide exercise prescriptions for long-term neurological conditions and a specialist in weight-loss nutrition and healthy eating.
