My approach
At Golden Mean Wellness, I help individuals achieve their best selves through exercise and nutrition. Balanced, holistic wellness is central to my approach. I’ll work with you to create a personalised programme that delivers lasting results.
I combine scientific knowledge with over 15 years’ experience of supporting everyone from new mums to seniors and people recovering from injuries. By focusing on your unique needs, I’ll ensure you feel empowered every step of the way.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science and Physical Education and bring a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology and movement to my practice. I’m also a certified instructor in Stott Pilates and a BASE-certified practitioner in Exercise Science. I’m qualified to provide exercise prescriptions for long-term neurological conditions and I’m a specialist in weight-loss nutrition and healthy eating.
